Job Summary:  The Accounts Intern performs basic office
tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail,
filing, etc.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
                    
Filing and records management; including
accurate storage of physical file records (where required) for all data as well
as clearing of all backlogs.
                    
Management of Petty Cash.
                    
Maintenance of daily imprest; management of cash
payout and cash reconciliations; and preparation of Cash Utilization Reports.
                    
Preparation of Cash Reports.
                    
Daily preparation of Cash Report Vs. Tally match
(Tally is the inhouse accounting system software used by the company).
                    
Preparation of checks, deposits, budgets, and
financial reports.
                    
Respond appropriately to vendor, client, and
internal requests.
                    
Abide by company procedures and accounting
principles



Qualifications, Skills
and Experience: 
                    
The ideal candidate for the BetIN Uganda
Accounts Intern must hold a Diploma in Accounting.
                    
A minimum of six (6) months of experience in an
Accounting environment.
                    
Ability to work well within a team setting.
                    
Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
                    
Ability to communicate in very good verbal and
written English.
