Marasa Africa is a
subsidiary of the Madhvani Group, Uganda operates 7 upscale lodges and one city
hotel in East Africa. Some of our hotels include; Aberdare Country Club, Mara
Leisure Camp, The Ark, Chobe Safari Lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge, Paraa Safari
Lodge and Silverback Lodge.  All our
lodges are located within National Parks, each with over 50 to 60 guest rooms,
swimming pool, health club, conference facilities, business centre, etc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Lead all
marketing communications, marketing collateral, advertising, promotional
activities for on- and offline environment
annual marketing budget with proposed activities, promotions and marketing
channel development
acute quality standards in all collateral creation, printing & distribution
sufficient stock levels of required marketing collaterals for all Lodges.
Whilst adhering to the set marketing plan budget.
all marketing supplier accounts. Ordering, quality check, order placing and
Marketing Communications, including Press Release, Public Relations Letter,
and update of Media Kits for all Marasa Africa Lodges.
closely with the Head of Sales to develop and deliver the annual Marketing plan
and budget in line with the set strategic priorities and revenue targets.
and handle the defined online and offline marketing campaigns and subsequently
evaluate the effectiveness of these marketing / communication campaigns through
effective reporting and if required make appropriate adjustments to future
Plan and
execute content creation as well as briefings to agencies and ensure delivery
in adherence with the brand guidelines and Lodge positioning.
supervise and closely liaise to ensure clipping files out of any coverage
received from all media outlets.
market research and regularly update database
with sales and marketing projects and reports as and when required

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
incumbent should be a graduate
minimum of ten years of experience in similar industry out of which the last
assignment should be as manager.
