Programs, is registered in Uganda as BRAC Uganda. The organization implements
integrated development approach combining Education, Health, Agriculture,
Livestock, Adolescent Empowerment and Microfinance.
About Health Program:
BRAC through the
health program supports the government of Uganda through the Ministry of Health
to recruit, train & supervise 4,082 community Health Promoters (CHPs/
CHWs). Through CHWs, BRAC supports the government to implement Integrated
Community Case Management (ICCM) and other health promotion & prevention
activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•
Develop successful
marketing activities throughout the year to support CHP work & sales
through promotions, Outdoor events etc.
•
Ensure
great BRAC visibility including developing & implementing relevant
merchandising at all branches & CHP level.
•
Work
closely with 3rd party when creating designs, production & distribution of
all BRAC marketing materials.
•
Support
the product team to improve our portfolio performance.
•
Help in
managing marketing partnerships with suppliers/NGOs including on the ground
implementation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
•
The
ideal candidate should have a Masters in Marketing or any other business
related field attained from a recognized higher institution.
•
Three years
of relevant experience working with related community work from a similar
organization.
•
Strong entrepreneurial
spirit, good design & creative eye.
•
Strong
analytical skills with a drive for results.
•
Excellent
communication skills in English (written and spoken) & should possess good
public relations skills.
