and East Africa. Mildmay Uganda is a faith- based local Non-Governmental
Organisation (NGO) offering Comprehensive HIV Care & treatment, Training,
Research & General Medical Services; also providing Health Systems
Strengthening to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services in 16 districts of
Central Uganda.
Job Summary:    The KPIF Project M&E/Data Officer will
be responsible for  establishing and
maintaining a robust and functional Data Management, Monitoring and Evaluation
System for the Key population investment Fund activities. This position will
also be responsible for ensuring that timely, quality data from Key Populations
(KP) led/leaning Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) is available at all times
to support reporting and decision making.



Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
                    
The
ideal candidate for the Mildmay KPIF Project M&E/Data Officer job
opportunity must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Economics,
Statistics, Population Studies, or other related field i.e. Social Sciences, Development
Studies with postgraduate qualification in M&E.
                    
Three
years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation and preferably in the health
sector;
                    
Proficiency
in project implementation reporting;
                    
Experience
in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) and OVC MIS;
                    
Demonstrable
knowledge in: M&E, Research, Data Management, Research& Quality
Assurance;
                    
Advanced
computer skills in STATA, SPSS, MS Excel and MS Access.
