Job Summary: The Human Resource Officer is responsible for
providing key support in all HR administration functions and assisting in the
administration of the human resources activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the management of staff, staff records and
administering the HRIS. - Assist in the management of the staff medical insurance scheme.
- Provide support in the recruitment of non-teaching staff.
- Provide support in the immigration procedures for staff.
- Assist in the on boarding and exiting procedures for staff.
- Provide support in the set up and management of staff housing.
- Assist in the logistical arrangement for staff professional
development.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
Management / Administration Job related experience and knowledge - Two years’ experience in Human Resources with experience in a
multicultural organization as an additional preference - Problem solving and decision making
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Good T skills
