Job Summary:  The Human Resource Officer is responsible for
providing key support in all HR administration functions and assisting in the
administration of the human resources activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Provide support in the management of staff, staff records and
    administering the HRIS.
  • Assist in the management of the staff medical insurance scheme.
  • Provide support in the recruitment of non-teaching staff.
  • Provide support in the immigration procedures for staff.
  • Assist in the on boarding and exiting procedures for staff.
  • Provide support in the set up and management of staff housing.
  • Assist in the logistical arrangement for staff professional
    development.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
    Management / Administration Job related experience and knowledge
  • Two years’ experience in Human Resources with experience in a
    multicultural organization as an additional preference
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good T skills
