Job Summary: The KPIF Project Assistant Finance Officer
will support Financial and Management accounting functions for the Key Population
Investment Fund (KPIF) by ensuring all financial records are of high quality,
accurately written, complete, properly updated/ maintained and regular/periodic
account reconciliations are properly compiled and submitted in compliance with
grant guidelines.

The
ideal candidate for the Mildmay KPIF Project Assistant Finance Officer job
opportunity must hold a Bachelor of Commerce/BBA with Accounting option.
Candidate must have completed Level II professional qualification such as ACCA,
CIMA CPA or ACA.

Two
years’ experience in Accounts/Finance/Audit;

Knowledge
and Skills in Accounting Systems such as Navision.

Good
working knowledge of Advanced Excel, Word is essential. Experience in working with
Donor funded organisations is desirable.
