teaching families how to improve their health and wealth while selling
affordable, high-impact products like basic medicines, fortified foods, water
filters, clean cook stoves, and solar lights. Living Goods seeks nothing less

networks of franchised micro-entrepreneurs who leverage Living Goods’ brand, buying
power and mobile marketing tools to deliver vital products at accessible prices

underserved communities.

to the Expansion Manager, the ideal candidate will support set up of new
branches and operations, participate in recruitment and interviewing of CHPs,
training and on boarding of the candidates(CHPs) and organizing the graduation
activities. He/she should be committed to learning, and should be a proactive
and a strong and consistent communicator.
Identification
and prioritization of areas for expansion
Screening
of potential districts and sub counties and villages for Living Goods
operations.
Pitch
Living Goods model to local leaders and key influencers in every village
selected.
Searching
for potential training venues and provide relevant information about them.
Organise
and hold meetings with branch team in preparation for recruitment.
Organise,
conduct recruitment sessions and manage recruitment data.
Provide
a list of selected candidates to IT, Branch Team and Training Department
Coordinate
attendance of all selected community health promoters/candidates.

The ideal
candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree
Two to
three years’ experience in a similar role.
Good
analytical skills and experience in using various analytical software
Unimpeachable
integrity
Entrepreneurial
spirit and drive for results
Strong
computer skills
Excellent
written and verbal communications skills in English and 3 or more local
languages
Passionate
about field work-flexible and willing to travel 85% of the project area
Experience
in project management
