is mainly responsible for driving new business sales of DataposIT’s ERP
software solutions and professional services revenue by identifying, pursuing and
closing new customers. The successful candidate will also form part of the ERP
implementation team hence ERP implementation skills are a must have.

role, you’ll be expected to:
Take
full responsibility to build and grow an active pipeline and close new ERP
business.
Develop
strong knowledge of DataposIT’s ERP offerings and the ERP market place.
Have
high energy and demonstrable success selling and implementing complex ERP
systems – (Microsoft Dynamics & SAP)
Close
and successfully implement various ERP solutions on customer accounts.
Build
relationships with industry partners & teams
Have a
good understanding of verticals that complement the ERP systems.
Meet and
exceed quarterly & annual sales quota
Quickly
qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
Build
and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level
Set
proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as
positive references for future prospects
Assisting
in quickly responding to urgent sales& technical requests from customers
and prospects.
The
ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT related
course.
Demonstrated
leadership and proven record of success in ERP software sales & deployment
activities.
Solid
ERP systems design, deployment & support skills.
Demonstrated
knowledge of business processes and industry trends in fields such as Finance,
Human resource, CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Consumer Products,
Professional Services, Retail etc.
At least
three years of work experience in an ERP technical sales & deployment
environment in a technology company or in a role with significant exposure to
software/technology solutions.
Proven
record of customer facing sales success and direct quota-carrying experience.
Must be
a pro-active contributor to the team who can take initiatives, recommend and
implement ideas end to end.
Self-motivated,
ambitious, willingness to learn, adapt, and excel.
Experience
with client conversions, upgrades.
Ability
to work collaboratively with a wide range of disciplines.
Proficient
with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Strong
listening skills
Strong
communication skills coupled with an aptitude and passion for public speaking
Strong
phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Self-starter
with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to learn and is also creative
