Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the involvements of sales support personnel, including
customer support, service and management resources, so that team
performance objectives and customer expectations are met. - Work with market management to ensure market level strategic and
business objectives are met by the sales team - Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer requirements
and satisfactions by engaging key customer account in conjunction with
sales personnel managed. - Provide a management level point of contact for key customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relations
- Meets assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic
objectives - Achieves strategic teams objectives defined by company management
- coordinates company executive involvement with customer management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor degree, Masters, etc
- Three years of experience preferably in Japanese car export/import
field - Previous experience in selling motor vehicle or dealing with a
reputable motor dealer - Age: 20-39 years
