East Africa, with diverged operations seeks to urgently recruit the following
senior position for their Group Company M/s Industrial Security Services
Limited. The company Head Quarters is located at Jinja and having clients across
the country with over 1600 guard force with K9 and CID Sections.
Job Summary:  The Training Officer will be responsible for
developing training syllabus materials and training the newly selected security
guards, assessing their learning and passing out, assessing the training needs
of the existing operational staff, retraining the existing guards, getting
regular feedback from the supervisors / clients regarding the guard performance
to improve the training, preparation of MIS reports etc.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a diploma/ bachelor’s degree or its
    equivalent
  • A minimum of three years of experience in security training .
