Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement & QC Onsite Commercial plan and campaigns
- Review quality of content and updates Onsite
- Innovative ideas (Technically) on what can be done
- Optimise Onsite technical KPIs – loading time, scroll depth etc
- Implementation of Technical tests / IT releases
- Bug follow up/Ticket creation
- Campaign preparation – Page coding and creation, Design briefings
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Jumia Onsite Merchandiser job must have a
proven ability to work harmoniously with a cross-functional teams - Sales mentality and proactive thinker
- Ability to prioritize work, understand and follow processes, and
utilize available resources. - Ability to understand commercial/campaign requests and translate to
design briefs - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects,
including prioritization, planning and execution - Strong and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and
accuracy - Proficiency and good working knowledge of CSS, HTML, Microsoft
Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus - Strong problem solving and decision making skills; as well as
ability to work and deliver under pressure, and within tight deadlines - Excellent communication and presentation skills
