Job Summary: The
Laboratory Technician will perform various tests and ensure accurate test
results are provided that meet regulatory requirements. The incumbent will
perform tests in production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
and requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Brookside Laboratory Technician job must hold
a Diploma in Food and Dairy science or Laboratory Science - Two years’ experience in laboratory in either Dairy or Beverage
sector - Knowledge of microbiological, chemical and physical testing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess high degree of accuracy and good in record keeping
- Thorough understanding of customer needs and satisfaction
