Job Summary: The Rental Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing Fleet, meet set
sales revenue objectives, maximize equipment ROI throughout Equipment Life
Cycle, guarantee Equipment Availability and ensure Fleet operation with minimum
running cost. .

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sets priorities within the shop for all mechanics, and equipment
repair to maximize fleet utilization and employee productivity. - Orders and receives spare parts, maintaining adequate inventory
levels. - Reviews maintenance records to schedule dates for recommended
service intervals - Sets up and maintains a supply of shop tools for all service
personnel use. - Monitor the rental revenue, Time and financial utilization
- Responsible for invoicing customer for damages to rental equipment
- Participate in discussing and concluding rental contract terms, conditions with rental customers
- Handles customer service calls for equipment failures, ta king
appropriate and prompt action. - Prepare the roll out unit & ensure that machines are ready for
sale - Optimizing appropriate fleet mix & size based on market demand.
- Monitor time utilization of each equipment and advise remedial
actions if underperformed - Involves in forecasting and planning for fleet replenishments jointly
with Center of Excellence.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong sales background
- Engineering Background
- Experience up to 3-5 years is preferred
- Strong communications skills
