Job Summary: The Quality Control Officer primarily assures
consistent quality of products by developing an enforcing good manufacturing
practices systems; validating processes; providing documentation; managing and
certifying the company with relevant standards and organic certification
compliance as part of the food safety management policy.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science
- Three to five years of practical experience in current food
manufacturing quality control - Good computer skills required.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Luganda.
- HACCP or ISO 22000 food management safety experience preferred.
