About Compassion Project:
Baptist Union of
Uganda (BUU) a faith-based organization that brings together all Baptist
Churches in Uganda has a strong partnership with compassion international-
Uganda in child ministry through sponsorship and home-based care. They are
working in partnership with Compassion International in fulfilling the great
commission as mandated by our Lord Jesus Christ in Mathew 28:16-20. This is
done in a holistic approach which includes Child Development Ministry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Spiritual development, project planning and budgeting, comprehensive
health care, social development and academic advancement - Manage sponsor service activities of the project
- Ensuring that all funds are used for their intended purpose
- Implementation of the approved project plan and budget
- Supervise and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must be a mature born again Christian with
proven integrity and passion for child ministry - The applicant must hold a Degree in related field of social works,
education, BBA, Development studies, - Three years of experience in working with children,
- MUST have knowledge in computer skills, project management
- Skills in financial management.
- Age: 28 -40 years
