Job Summary: The
Production Manager will assure consistent quality of production by
developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice (GAMP) systems;
validating processes; providing documentation and managing staff.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science
- Five years of practical experience in the current food manufacturing
Job. - Process improvement, analyzing information, strategic planning,
verbal communication, quality engineering and dealing with complexity, - Good Judgment and dependability.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Luganda.
- HACCP experience preferred.
