About Compassion Project:
Baptist Union of
Uganda (BUU) a faith-based organization that brings together all Baptist
Churches in Uganda has a strong partnership with compassion international-
Uganda in child ministry through sponsorship and home-based care. They are
working in partnership with Compassion International in fulfilling the great
commission as mandated by our Lord Jesus Christ in Mathew 28:16-20. This is done
in a holistic approach which includes Child Development Ministry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Spiritual development, project planning and budgeting, comprehensive
health care, social development and academic advancement - Manage sponsor service activities of the project
- Ensuring that all funds are used for their intended purpose
- Implementation of the approved project plan and budget
- Supervise and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must be a mature born again Christian with a sound
testimony. - The applicant must hold a Diploma in any of the following: nursing,
primary healthcare, community health, clinical medicine. - Excellent interpersonal skills
- Current knowledge of HIV/AIDS intervention, counselling will be an
added advantage. - Good computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and counselling skills.
- Age: 24-35 years
