Job Summary: The Physiotherapist will mainly initiate
appropriate physiotherapy intervention at the Watoto Babies’ Home.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will manage a caseload of babies/children with
physical therapy needs. - To develop policies and guidelines related to physical therapy
management. - To establish systems by which caseload is managed and evaluated.
- To develop policies and guidelines related to physical therapy
management - To conduct group therapy sessions for babies/ children with special
needs. - Provide regular reports regarding activities and caseload.
- Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding individual
physical therapy needs where appropriate - Provide training to the nannies in physical therapy routines of
babies/children and ensure consistent implementation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Watoto Physiotherapist job opportunity should
hold a diploma in Physiotherapy. - Two years of experience as a Physiotherapist preferably paediatric
experience. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to children of
all ages.
