Health Professionals’ Council (AHPC)

Professionals’ Council was established by an Act of Parliament in 1996, cap
268. The Council has a mandate to regulate, supervise and control the training,
practice and for other connected matters of Allied Health professional in
Uganda.
Records Assistant will receive, file, retrieve
and issue documents
- Receive and record application forms
- Record and dispatch processed licenses and certificates
- Fill stock records for easy tracking, retrieval and issuance
- Prepare and submit periodic reports as may be required
- Perform other duties incidental to the above assigned from time to
time by the supervisor
- The applicant must hold an O’ Level Certificate with at least a pass
in English and Mathematics, - Possession of a certificate in Records management or equivalent
qualifications from a recognized awarding institution - One year of experience in a reputable organization.
- Possession of a certificate in Computer Applications with hands on
experience,
