Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager job must hold a high school
    leaving certificate. A degree is Business (finance or accounting option)
    or equivalent is mandatory
  • At least two years of work experience is required.
  • Experience in safe keeping of invoices, receipts and other accounts
    documents;
  • Experience in preparing income and expenditure returns
  • Experience in safe keeping of invoices, receipts and other accounts
    documents;
  • Experience in processing and maintaining accountable documents;
  • Experience in supervising bank reconciliations;
  • Experience in supervising entry of accounting data in the relevant
    registers.
Competencies:
  • Finance Administration – You will be required to raise purchase
    orders for our contractors
  • Finance Administration – You will be required to check contractor
    invoices (with PM support) ensure payment
  • Finance Administration – You will be required to request purchase
    orders from our client
  • Finance Administration – You will be required to  collate and submit accurate invoices to
    client(with PM support)
  • Finance Administration – You will be required to order and receive
    equipment and consumables as necessary
  • Other Administrative Duties – To support MD with any other
    administrative duties Skills
  • Communication skills – You are required to have a high level of
    communication skills Organizational skills – You are required to have a
    high level of organizational skills Interpersonal skills – You are
    required to have a high level of interpersonal skills
  • Report writing – You are required to have the skills to do report
    writing
  • IT skills – Word processing, spreadsheets, email – You are required
    to have a high level of IT skills – including Word, Excel and email
  • Language – You are required to speak, read and write fluently in
    English
  • Ability to multi task – Be able to organize travel schedules for
    employees – Organization of seminars & events
