About US:
The Government of
Uganda (GoU) has received credit from the international Fund for Agricultural
Development (IFAD) towards financing a ten-year National Oil Palm Project
(NOPP). The project will be implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture Animal
Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) as the Lead Agency. Implementation will also
involve other partners including other Ministries, agencies, District Local
Governments and private sector players with strong public and private sector partnership
in project implementation.

Job Summary: The Personal Secretary/Assistant will perform
a variety of administrative tasks and functions such as drafting
correspondences, organising events and scheduling appointments, managing data
bases and filing systems, typing, compiling and preparing reports,
presentations and correspondence, and act as a first point of contact.
