highly specialized Medical Service provider that offers pre-deployment and
routine medical check-ups, on-site and remote-site medical services,
international vaccination, travel medicine, DNA testing, highly quality
diagnostic tests, occupational medicine, tropical and infectious diseases,
surgery, admission and dental services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Work in liaison with the Medical Superintendent, providing skilled
    health assessment, diagnosis and appropriate medical treatment for various
    illnesses and injuries, ordering and interpreting medical tests and
    performing routine medical procedures
  • Treat and ensure proper management of patients
  • Admitting patients requiring special care followed by investigations
    and treatment and in addition monitoring and providing general care to the
    admitted patients.
  • Working with other doctors and staff as a team, liaising with other
    Medical and non-Medical staff in the facility to ensure quality treatment
    for the benefit the patients
  • Ensure that the clinical team is supported in their clinical
    activities and are provided with timely, consistent and accurate medical
    information.
  • Take charge of quality assurance of all processes and procedures and
    as a result 
  • Promoting and organizing CMEs in conjunction with other health
    personnel
  • To provide all time round supervision of patient records and biodata
    of patients for project activities including medical screening projects
    Participates in the implementation of primary health care activities.
  • In charge of collection of health data.
  • Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must hold a diploma in Clinical Medicine and
    Community Health or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position
  • Must possess a practicing license.
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
  • Goal-oriented and organized team player
