- Organize and operate the bakery section of industrial kitchen
- Plan the dessert menu.
- Provide different types of bread, pastries, cakes, desserts and
sweets for European, Chinese, Ugandan cultures
- The applicant must be educated at Catering College/Institute with
certificates - Knowledge in HACCP
- Eight years of experience in a starred hotel or Industrial
environment - Ability to speak English and Chinese
