Assemblies of God North West Nile Pastorate is working in partnership with
Compassion International in fulfilling the great commission as mandated by our
Lord Jesus Christ in Mathew 28:16-20. This is done in a holistic approach which
includes Child Development Ministry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure quality and timely correspondence between child and sponsor
  • Shall keep office and children development records and facilitate
    spiritual growth of the children
  • The incumbent will be responsible for child development programming
    and home visits.
  • Tasked with monitoring and tracking of children attendance.
  • Ensure timely update of children information and documents.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must hold a diploma in Social Works and Social
    Administration, Education, Nursing, Development Studies, Community
    Psychology, Child Ministries and other related skills
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in community related work
    especially dealing with children.
  • Mature and practicing Christian with good bible knowledge
  • Good interpersonal relational skills
  • Computer literacy and knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Speaking & understanding Madi language shall be an added
    advantage.
  • Age: Between 23 —
    40 years
