an integrated business consisting of a feed mill, broiler farms and a chicken
processing facility located in Semuto, about 50kms outside of Kampala City. We
are currently seeking to recruit Sales Executives to work in Kuku Shops in
various towns in Uganda.

Job Summary: The Welder/ Fabricator will support
engineering team in fabricating, welding and assembling metal structures and
equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools. The
job will provide the foundation for strong infrastructure

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, and build from construction drawings as assigned by
the Chief Engineer. - Interpret and assemble metals as assigned
- Measuring, cutting, and bending of steel components for
construction. - Monitors equipment for appropriate usage and temperature
- Fabrication of Mild steel and Stainless steel components as required
ensuring that the highest standards in finish and tolerances, - Maintains tools, gauges and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe
manner - Work in a safe, efficient, and organized manner.
- Follows safety protocol, including wearing all protective wears
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Hold a two-year Diploma in welding and fabrication
- Proven knowledge and experience of Industrial Fabrication and
Welding. - At least five years of Industry exposure in FMCG
- Knowledge of metal finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, weld
procedures and work instructions. - Ability to recognize welding symbols and specifications.
- Demonstrated planning skills.
- Capable of training apprentices.
