Job Summary: The Project Management Trainee will provide
support in achieving the goals and objectives of the company through day to day
supervision and monitoring of project activities and milestones and ensuring
project deliverables.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned projects so that they
are completed on time - Work collaboratively with design engineers, sales and marketing,
operations and production teams throughout the process of product
development - Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and
techniques - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Provide general oversight and advisory support to top management for
the running operations in relation to the project. Report and escalate to
management as needed. - Coordinate secondary project milestones such as registration, tax
compliance, quality assurance, branding, insurance and waste management. - Support the project through supervision of procurement and logistics
functions to include sourcing of suppliers both international and local,
negotiation, payments, customs clearance and on time delivery. - Analysis and managing project risk
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in a Technical field.
- Previous experience in Project Management is an added advantage.
- Candidate should be enthusiastic about technology.
- Internships, practical or self-managed projects are an advantage.
- Working under less supervision

- Proficiency in using MS Excel, word, projects management tools
