highly specialized Medical Service provider that offers pre-deployment and
routine medical check-ups, on-site and remote-site medical services,
international vaccination, travel medicine, DNA testing, highly quality
diagnostic tests, occupational medicine, tropical and infectious diseases,
surgery, admission and dental services.
Job Summary:   The
Sales and Marketing Officer will provide extensive quality marketing services
in order to push the sales of City Medicals and City Ambulance products. Act as
an intermediary between City Medicals and City Ambulance and the clientele.
Make necessary communication and meetings to facilitate sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Preparing, planning and project managing
    the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
  • Engage in superior customer service by
    making information readily available
  • Ensure that quotations for services are
    sent to clients
  • Persist in sales even in the face of
    failure
  • Demonstrate products and services as
    deemed necessary by clients and management
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as
    necessary
  • Engage with clients to answer any
    inquiries arising
  • Ensure that product knowledge is readily
    available to self and other sales people through various resources
  • Finds ways to sell products in the face
    of a down market
  • Research the client base to find new
    types of customers and sell to them accordingly
  • Create a plan for gaining customers and
    then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
  • Analyze and create plans for engaging
    the target market
  • Analyze the competition to create a plan
    for engagement
  • Make product appeals to the target
    market
  • Train other sales people in the art of
    selling
  • Set up booths at trade shows and
    demonstrate the quality or uses of our products
  • Demonstrate superior time management
    skills and meet sales deadlines


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s
    Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration- Marketing or equivalent
  • At least five (5) years, preferably with
    relevant experience in similar industry
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a
    marketing officer
  • A good understanding of the
    medical/health care and hospitality industry
  • An able influencer of people
  • Integrity
  • Mastery of key business and marketing
    skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and client
    relationship management skills
  • Self motivated and result orientated
