Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bsc in Quantity Surveying, Building
Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a
recognised institution. - At least five years of experience in cost estimation for building
projects. - Professional registration with a professional surveyors Board or its
equivalent is a MUST. - Must be well versed in reading and interpreting engineering
drawings. - Project Management Skills.
- Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation and
industry practice is a requirement.
