Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Bsc in Quantity Surveying, Building
    Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a
    recognised institution.
  • At least five years of experience in cost estimation for building
    projects.
  • Professional registration with a professional surveyors Board or its
    equivalent is a MUST.
  • Must be well versed in reading and interpreting engineering
    drawings.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation and
    industry practice is a requirement.
