About Compassion Project:
The Baptist Union of
Uganda and her Baptist Church of Bunyukhe in Busia District are working in
partnership with Compassion International in fulfilling the great commission as
mandated by our Lord Jesus Christ in Mathew 28:16-20. This is done in a
holistic approach which includes Child Development Ministry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be a Christian role model for the children, their families and
communities. - Working within ones influence to serve as an advocate for the
voiceless. - Prepare in collaboration with other stake-holders project work plans
and budgets. - It married, properly wedded in an evangelical church.
- Submit monthly reports to the project leadership and other partners.
- Manage the process of Child development as per the management
guidelines. - Knowledge in computer skills is a MUST
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a degree in Social Works, Social Sciences or
any related disciplines. - Has a proven relationship with Jesus Christ. Must have good
interpersonal skills, a team worker and willingness to learn - Previous experience and current knowledge of HIV/AIDS intervention
is desirable. - Able to work as the chief executive officer of the child development
center. - Skills in project planning and management will be an added
advantage. - Should have experience in financial accounting
- Age: 24-35 years.
