Inflight Services is an industrial catering company specializing in the
aviation sector (restaurants serving the airline and VIP flights and ground
with signs Caffé Lindo, E-Café Sky Café), and in the rail, marine, communities
(embassies, schools, private companies, hospitals), also associated services
including aerial specialist managed services “in flight” (Inflight), the sales
on board (Buy-on-board), the Off- taxes (duty free)) and remote support (remote
sites).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manager live the merchant shopping and reception part and the teams
attached to these activities - Guarantor the productivity ratios of the site by carrying out the
following actions: - Labor cost
- Sizing the activity of all services
- Write daily boards and rosters of Food cost:
- Write the supply plan
- Control orders, received commodities and material outputs.
- Spread the number
- Make sure that the installation of the hot and cold kitchen, of the
assembly and tray set up departments comply with the diffuse figure - Identify, on your perimeter of actions, activities that have no
added value and need to be eliminated, perform audits of work methods and
procedures. - Detect problems, list the most problematic and encourage the
implementation of corrective actions - Establish and monitor the quality performance indicators of the
client companies but also those related to the loss of materials, hours
worked and health/ safety at work. - Apply, in collaboration with the QA/ QC manager, the maintenance and
site maintenance plan (cleaning, maintenance of the maintenance tool)
production and storage, facility security, pest control, training in good
practices).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- At least a Degree in Procurement or related field or a related field
- A Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management will be an added
advantage. - At least three to five years of experience in a reputable company
