Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Performing open and Close of Business in a timely manner.
  • Providing leadership and direction in managing the core banking
    system, mobile baking platform and business processes.
  • Serving as the head of Back
  • Office operations of the Sacco and ensuring smooth running of the
    operations to facilitate front office branch operations.
  • Managing agent and mobile banking systems.
  • Developing, managing and update operating systems to ensure the
    workflow is automated, effective and relevant.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information
    Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.
  • Any IT Professional Qualification/ MBA would be an advantage
  • Three years of Banking experience in IT Department, working
    knowledge with core banking systems and mobile baking platforms in a
    regulated MDI
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
