computers/network monitors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of the company CCTV cameras i.e. ensure that they are
working. - Ensuring that the company’s PABX Exchange System is always working.
- Certify that printers, photocopiers are serviced and working well.
- Ensuring that the attendance and access control system that the
company has in place is working as it should and is maintained regularly. - Ensuring that all computers have updated and valid virus protection.
- Involve in helping any users who are stuck on any issue.
- Procurement of IT supplies for the company.
- Making sure that all computers are connected to one domain i.e.
window server - Ensuring that all important data is backed up.
- Controlling user rights for users of Tally ERP accounts.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- Three years of working experience in a reputable
organization/company. - Should be well-versed with networking specifically with window
server 2012
