Job Summary: The Head of ICT will lead a team of ICT Staff
that manage ICT Hardware and Software Assets, Computer Networks, Security,
Telephony and ICT User Support Services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and monitor the Movit Computer Network and ensure it
is safe and ; - Implement, upgrade and support the Enterprise Resource Planning SAP
and ensure it is seamlessly running; - Plan and offer advice on Hardware acquisition including Servers,
Storage, Switches, Printers, Photocopiers so that only quality machinery
is purchased; - Facilitate installation of security systems to improve physical and
computer network Security and that only authorised persons access the
network; - Define system or service requirement, vendor selection, contracting,
and service monitoring and interpret it of the senior management to inform
decision making; - Develop, implement, maintain and proactively communicate all
developed ICT policies and procedures; - Provide user Training to all Movit staff members to improve Staff
ICT Skills and in cases of new installations; - Ensure Software Licensing Compliance by Continuously monitor
licensing usage to achieve optimal usage software licenses; - Maintain Business Continuity by Monitoring Database and Server
Backups and Develop and update Business Continuity Plan; - Develop and implement the departmental work plan in line with the
organization strategy; and - Ensure that effective communication modes are in place for reporting
incidents/problems by all staff members to the management - Develop Departmental budgets.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s Degree in IT or Computer
Science - Information Technology Infrastructure Library
- Cisco Certified Network Associate
- VMWare Certified Associate
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
- Linux Certified Systems Administrator
- Sound knowledge about various concepts of ICT
- Outstanding observation and analytical skills
- Outstanding troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Excellent managerial skills especially inter and intra personal
skills - Ability to regularly learn and update knowledge regarding all
aspects of ICT services
