highly specialized Medical Service provider that offers pre-deployment and
routine medical check-ups, on-site and remote-site medical services, international
vaccination, travel medicine, DNA testing, highly quality diagnostic tests,
occupational medicine, tropical and infectious diseases, surgery, admission and
dental services.
overall day to day management of the accounting department in both City
Medicals and City Ambulance. In liaison with the account’s assistants, he/she
will ensure follow up and management of finances, budgeting, compliance with
taxes, reconciliation, invoicing and debt collection.

Accounts
payable/receivable
Cash
receipts
General
ledger
Payroll
and utilities
Treasury,
budgeting
Cash
forecasting
Revenue
and expenditure variance analysis
Capital
assets reconciliations
Trust
account statement reconciliations
Check
runs
Fixed
asset activity
Debt
collection
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and
produce financial reports or statements - Establish and enforce proper accounting
methods, policies and principles - Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide financial and accounting
recommendations - Improve systems and procedures and
initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and
records of all transactions of both City medicals and City Ambulance
- The Finance and Accounts Manager must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Commerce, Business Administration or Finance and Accounting. - Qualification in CPA will be an added advantage
- At least five years’ experience in similar position in a busy
organization preferably in a medical industry. - Proficient computer and accounting
software usage like Ms. Word, MS Office and Quick books. - Excellent written and communication
skills. - Good time management skills.
