Job Summary: The Early Childhood Development Specialist
mainly develops and coordinates ECD programmes.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The incumbent will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in ECD and/ or
additional qualification in ECD - At least eight years of working experience in the ECD sector,
preferably as a classroom teacher. - Excellent interpersonal communication and team-work skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Excellent computer skills in Ms Office, especially Word, Excel and
PowerPoint.
