Job Summary: The Divisional Manager will be tasked with the
supervision of Branches in the assigned division to ensure smooth execution of
operational plans in line with strategy.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the BRAC Uganda Microfinance Ltd Divisional
Manager must hold a Bachelor’s Degree - Division Manager should have strong managerial and interpersonal
skills coupled with management and decision-making skills in order to
handle field operations. - Computer literacy skills
