Job Summary: The Director of Programmes mainly designs and
writes project proposals, supervises the implementation of projects.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The incumbent must hold a Master’s Degree in Project Management /
Education / Monitoring and Evaluation - A minimum of eight years’
working experience in project management preferably within the education
sector. - Excellent interpersonal communication and team-work skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Excellent computer skills in Ms Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
