Digital Finance Solutions Manager
Ltd is a leading provider of microfinance services in Uganda with huge
expansion plans. The Bank is a member of the MyBucks SA group, a leading
FINTECH provider and Opportunity International, a global microfinance institution
serving over 3 Million in different countries.
Supervisor will devise and implement strategies to help increase usage and
enhance the customer’s digital experience. The candidate should have a solid e-banking
background with the core strength in business/ sales as well as Agency banking.
Her’ She should be experienced in creating and implementing the DFS strategy to
meet the objectives of the Bank.
- Overseeing the entire bank‘s digital financial service platforms
with direct over sight on the branches - Driving usage, numbers and income from the Digital financial
platforms both current and future. - Devising and establishing clear short— and long-term strategies for
increasing the numbers and usage on the digital platforms as well as
recommending innovative product / service enhancements. - Monthly and weekly reporting to line manager on all the digital
platforms with a close relationship to branches and regional managers. - Manage and develop key relationships with different stakeholders in
the Digital value chain while creating cost-efficient contracts. - Provide support and timely feedback on customer complaints relating
to all Digital financial services - Provide and advice on training programs and awareness to customers
in order to promote usage on all the digital financial platforms and
support the DFS strategy. - Select and implement suitable enhancements to the e-banking products
/ services and help optimize their strategic benefits - Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the
company can gain competitive advantage - Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related
field or banking - One year of experience in role is an added advantage.
- Experience in implementation of a JFS strategy with sound
understanding of Agent banking and all bank related digital platforms - Hands-on experience with computer applications like Microsoft office
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work
relationships with co-workers, clients, members, providers and customers - Excellent organizational and leadership skills with clear
demonstration of creative sales and marketing skills - Proven and Solid e-banking background with core strength in business
sales.
