to improve the social and economic situation of small-scale coffee farmers
whilst protecting natural resources.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Database Coordinator, establishing a data
collection system for program activities - Maintaining and updating a project database system
- Supporting the planning and execution of field assessments and
surveys - Ensuring the submission of project activity and survey data by Field
Officers to the field office on a timely basis - Ensuring data quality
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- Five years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience with digital data collection tools
- Experience with data management and analysis
- Excellent computer skills and experience with data processing
programs - A good understanding of IT and general technical skills for
maintaining hardware and software
