Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Member selection and recruitment
- Marketing and client sensitization
- Review member applications, do loan appraisals and make
recommendations for approval - Monitor performance of loans in their portfolio
- Maintains and updates client loan files.
- Perform as per the set targets and standards of Rushere SACCO.
- Abide by the company policies and procedures
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree/Diploma in Accounting, UDBS,
Marketing, Social Sciences, Economic Studies and Rural development
Courses. - Ready to spend 80% of their time on field work
- Age: 22 years and
above
