Microfinance Ltd is the largest Microfinance operating in Uganda covering
several districts through 149 networked branches targeting Micro, Small and
Medium Entrepreneurs of Uganda. BRAC boasts of promoting financial inclusion by
extending financial services to the un-served and underserved, now with over
212,000 borrowing clients, over 155Bn loan book with 98% recovery rate,
operationally and financially self sustaining.

Job Summary: The Corporate Strategy Manager will be tasked
with ensuring that the company has a well formulated and articulated strategy consistent
with its vision and that all corporate initiatives and plans are managed in a
manner consistent with this strategy. Leading and guiding management in the
process of strategy development and management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the BRAC Uganda Microfinance Ltd Corporate
Strategy Manager job must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in finance/Business
related field/Economics statistics - Five years of working experience in a corporate strategy position
within a dynamic business environment preferably as support personnel for
the Strategy Manager - Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication and knowledge of MS Office.
