promoting sustainable development by implementing agricultural related projects
to improve the social and economic situation of small-scale coffee farmers
whilst protecting natural resources.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating, directing and overseeing the activities of the Field
Operation Managers implementing various projects - In collaboration with the Field Operation Managers developing work
plans and ensuring the timely implementation of activities - In collaboration with the Finance and Administration Manager
controlling and managing field activity budgets - Where required supporting the M&E Coordinator is coordinating
field surveys - Compiling project narrative reports and ensuring timely delivery to
the General Manager - Identifying further capacity building requirements for field staff
- Where required participating and representing Hanns R. Neumann
Stiftung Africa in sector meetings and workshops - Supporting project acquisition and fund raising
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Master’s degree in a related discipline –
agricultural development - A minimum of fifteen years of experience in managing multiple
projects or programs supporting smallholder development - Solid experience in managing and coordinating multiple field teams
- Excellent knowledge of project cycle management
- Excellent command of English language, communication and writing
skills - Willing to travel both nationally and internationally
