About Compassion Project:
The Baptist Union of
Uganda and her Baptist Church of Bunyukhe in Busia District are working in
partnership with Compassion International in fulfilling the great commission as
mandated by our Lord Jesus Christ in Mathew 28:16-20. This is done in a
holistic approach which includes Child Development Ministry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be a Christian role model for the children, their families and
communities. - Working within ones influence to serve as an advocate for the
voiceless. - Prepare in collaboration with other stakeholders project work plans
and budgets. - It married, properly wedded in an evangelical church.
- Submit monthly reports to the project leadership and other partners.
- Manage the process of Child development as per the management
guidelines.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must have a professional background in any of the
following; nursing, primary healthcare, community health, clinical
medicine, education, social work administration. - Minimum qualification will be a diploma or its equivalent
- Good computer skills
- Experience and current knowledge of HIV/AIDs intervention will be an
added advantage. - Age: Between 22-35
years
