212,000 borrowing clients, over 155Bn loan book with 98% recovery rate,
operationally and financially self sustaining.

Job Summary: The Branch Manager will ensure the smooth
running of the branch, guides and plays a major role in coordinating with other
Departments at the field level and support units at Head Office. Branch Manager
primarily focuses on business growth, problem solving, management, organization
development and other operational issues.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the BRAC Uganda Microfinance Ltd Branch Manager
must hold a Bachelor’s Degree - Five years of experience in Banking and Credit preferably in a
Microfinance environment - Strong managerial and interpersonal skills coupled with analytical
and soft skills and should able to handle field operations and business
planning.
