About US:
Bay Stores Ltd is a
distribution company with offices in Wandegeya , Kampala.
Job Summary:   The Sales Executives will be responsible for
growth of company sales in various stakeholders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Prospect, recruit and retain customers to grow market share.
  • Manage speciality products sales and ensure approved targets are
    achieved.
  • Participate in sales promotions at the customer’s premises
  • Recruit school clients and other business partners.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a diploma from a recognized university
    preferably in Business Administration/Sales & Marketing.
  • Good interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Analytical skills
  • Networking Skills
  • Negotiating Skills
