2011 and provides low-threshold business loans to groups of women in rural

Job Summary: The Zone Managers recruit clients, assess loan
applications, enter applications in our loan management system, and visit and
support clients and their businesses. On Friday, Zone Managers enter new loan
applications in our loan management system and prepare their financial
administration. Zone Managers are expected to be excellent communicators,
effective field workers and diligent administrators.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a related academic degree (e.g. finance,
commerce, business administration) - At least three years of work experience in microfinance or financial
services - Proficient in Microsoft office programs
- Fluent in English and Luganda
- Enthusiastic about working in a rural setting
- Strong values, ethics and honesty
