for the past nine years. Our ambitious microfinance organisation was started in
2011 and provides low-threshold business loans to groups of women in rural
parts of the Mukono and Buikwe districts.

Job Summary: The Operations Manager will be disbursing new
loans through mobile money after thorough verification of client and client
group details. On Thursday-Friday of each v/eek, the Operations Manager
reconciles our mobile money accounts, analyses the company financial
administration and collaborates with our external accountants. The Operations
Manager is responsible for our cooperation with telecom and mobile money
aggregator vendors. Successful candidates are exceptionally good at
collaborating with the team and company management, able to spot discrepancies
in the field, and proficient in both financial accounting and new mobile money
technologies.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a degree in accounting
- Five years of relevant work experience in financial services
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office software
- Enthusiastic about working in a rural setting
- Strong values, ethics and honesty
- Fluent in English and Luganda
