Job Summary: The Marketing Officer will provide support to
the Marketing Manager at the Management Agency in supervising and overseeing
operations of the Marketing department in liaison with our factory based
Management and external business partners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of the Company’s marketing strategy.
- Support the Marketing Manager in overseeing the department’s
operations. - Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for our products in
various communication platforms. - Liaise with different stakeholders and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and
growth. - Compile timely reports on sales and market trends on a weekly,
monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Promptly acting on any other assignments as may be delegated by the
Marketing Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business
Administration, Marketing or Statistics with a base in Marketing from a
reputable university In addition a relevant Masters Degree or
Qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing(UK) shall be an
added advantage. - Five years of experience in a professional marketing position
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Good industrial and public relations.
- Good leadership skills
- Good research skills
- Solid Knowledge of marketing techniques and principals.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and
data analysis methods. - Excellent knowledge of MS office and statistical software
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Team work
- Should be ready to travel upcountry frequently
- Honesty and Integrity
