issues. Our team includes both local and international experts with
professional capabilities ranging from engineering to social science.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • In charge of the development and implementation of the HR strategv
    aligned to the organisation objectives
  • Support and coach the management team on all people management
    matters, including organisation change and transformation
  • HR management and development (including recruitment and selection
    policy practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions,
    contracts, training and development, talent management, succession
    planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues).

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Whave Human Resource Manager job must
    hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin or a
    related field
  • Proven track record as a HR generalist, preferably in a senior role
  • Previous experience of designing and delivering coaching, mentoring,
    learning and development and talent management programmes
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Willingness to work in a versatile way on diverse tasks
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
