Acquisition, Development, Learning, Engagement & Culture functions of the
organization to promote and enhance the company’s high-performing, empowering
culture. The incumbent will be tasked with the management of the records and
archiving systems.
- Assesses Organizational development needs of the organization.
Partners with heads of department to Plan short- and long-term planning
for organizational development in order to move the business towards
continued growth, innovation and improvement; fostering a culture of
empowerment and performance. - Accountability for talent acquisition and talent management. Works
closely with the leadership team in strategic work force planning and
succession planning. Assist with the recruitment and selection process,
orientation, training, benefits administration, communication and overall
employee relations. - Reviews and advises and guides management and staff in the proper
use and interpretation of company policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensures compliance with any legal or regulatory changes pertaining to
labor, wage and hour, and employment laws. - Stimulates, manages and reports to management on the performance of
individuals and teams. Manages the development process for staff and
emerging leaders. Guides HODs regarding mentoring and coaching. - Supports management team with tools to develop professional level
team members. Establish key measures for success across learning programs
and deliver reports on effectiveness. - Arranges for staff involvement in employee events, corporate social
responsibility and community affairs. - General day to day management of the Office, Records and Archiving
systems.
- The applicant must hold a B.A. or B.S. in Human Resources,
Organization Development, Industrial / Organization Psychology or related
field. Relevant professional certifications are encouraged. - At least three years of experience in within the HR, learning and
development, talent development, or leadership coaching space. - Ability to successfully navigate and influence diverse
personalities. Ability to communicate effectively with internal &
external contacts. - Ability to manage teams and projects to get things done with quality
results. Skilled at prioritizing responsibilities and deliverables. - Skilled in adult learning principles and techniques. Well
experienced in evaluating training needs and measuring results. - Keen attention to detail and proven ability to handle confidential
information - Excellent written and oral communication skills, advanced computer
skills in: Excel, Power Point, and Word.
